Permitting Process

Navigating permits can be complex, which is why we offer full permitting services as an option for our clients. We prepare and submit all required drawings and documentation, coordinate with municipal departments, and respond to review comments as needed.

Construction Phase

Once permits are in place and construction begins, we remain actively involved to help ensure the project is built according to the design intent. Whether you choose to work with one of our trusted contractor partners or bring your own team, we provide ongoing support throughout the construction phase.

During construction, we offer:

    Requested visits to the project site to observe progress and review how the design is being implemented.

  • Design Clarifications
    Ongoing communication with contractors to answer questions and clarify drawings or design details as needed.

  • Detail Review
    Additional input on finishes, built-ins, and design elements to help maintain consistency with the overall vision.

  • Problem Solving
    Support in addressing unforeseen site conditions or adjustments that may arise during construction.

  • Collaboration with Your Build Team
    We work alongside your contractor and consultants to help keep the project aligned, coordinated, and moving forward smoothly.

Our role during this phase is to support both you and the construction team, helping ensure the finished space reflects the design you approved and envisioned.

Contractor Coordination

To support a seamless transition from design to construction, we also offer contractor coordination services. We work alongside your chosen contractor, providing drawings, clarifications, and design input as needed throughout the build.

Our team remains available to review details, discuss revisions, and ensure the design intent is carried through to completion, right up to the final stages of the project.
